Description

As an Enterprise Engineer at Konfio, you'll be a cornerstone in redefining how our business operates, contributing to the organization's growth and efficiency.

Your role will focus on creating and implementing innovative software products that cater to the needs of Konfio's employees and various business groups.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust enterpriselevel systems, enhancing business efficiency and decisionmaking capabilities.
Architect and implement strategies that transform business operations, focusing on integrating external APIs to streamline various processes.
Lead the design and development of largescale business products, focusing on reducing manual workload and enhancing system performance.
Create a roadmap for technological advancements with an emphasis on workflow automation and process optimization.
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive business innovation.
Promote a culture of excellence in software engineering practices, including code reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices in security and scalability.

What are we looking for

A professional with a solid foundation in enterprise system architecture, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure management.
An excellent communicator and team player, able to seamlessly integrate into multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
An individual who thrives in dynamic settings demonstrates resourcefulness in problemsolving and adapts to evolving business needs.

Preferred

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in leveraging tools like Okta, Lumos, BetterCloud, Torii, or similar automation solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
Extensive experience in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Rust.
Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, and experience in data modeling and management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud), containerization technologies (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity principles.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, capable of engaging with global teams and stakeholders.
