Our client:

A property management company, that handles the day-to-day operations of the living communities community. They handle the accounting and escrow services for the living communities.

We are looking for an
Accountant to support the following activities:

  • Maintain general ledger and journals to include monitoring accounts for discrepancies
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable monthly
  • Generate and review monthly financial statements
  • Assist with accounting department responsibilities

Schedule:

Monday to Friday,

  • Standard time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Daylight saving: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:


  • Around 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with preparing monthly statements and reconciliations.
  • Feel comfortable working with a heavy volume of reconciliations.
  • Experience with Accrual and Cash accounting.
