Customer Service Representative

THE POSITION

Your core activities will be:

  • Provide great customer service to home inspectors who are using Palm-Tech
  • Answer inbound calls and help the callers or direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Assist customers with support questions/issues they have
  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Document all activity in customer management system
  • Zoom meetings as needed to help current/prospective customers
  • Look for opportunities to encourage customers to upgrade

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST | Weekend: One weekend a month, 1 hour on Saturday, 1 hour on Sunday

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • 3+ years of experience providing support for software products
  • Comfortable with mobile technology (both hardware and software)
  • Consistent attendance and performance

Workspace:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.

Equipment:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements


NOTE:
we can proceed to the interview stage even if your equipment doesn't yet meet the minimum requirements.

However, please note that you won't be able to start working without these minimum specifications, which means that you will need to upgrade before your start date, in case we will be extending an offer.

This role will be remote permanently
