- Provide Tier 1-2 Support, on escalated incidents from our helpdesk related to our workstation and mobile environments , including support for hardware, operating systems, drivers, and applications.
- Assist with software deployments, applications packaging, scripting, operating systems deployments, PC imaging and security for end user computing devices.
- Support with mobile device management , including office 365 MDM
- Excellent understanding of current MAC OS and Windows 10+
- Good knowledge on how to troubleshoot basic client application problems
- Good understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy at one level to torubleshoot problems encountered by teh user
- Good understanding of Cloud technologies
- 4-5 years of hands on IT Experience in a technical-helpdesk role.
- 4-5 years of hands on experience with at least one infrastructure technology (for Example: UNIX or Windows)
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Excel ( Power query highly desirable)
- Technical Englis is required
- Highly Motivated, driven and willing to work independently while receiving instruction through supervision in a highly regulated environment
