We are looking for a
Trainee for the NPI (New Product Introduction) department in
El Salto, JAL.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Support the NPI to be manufactured by performing statistical analysis, quality tests and, tooling, machines & product validation.
Effectively communicate with multiple departments within the company and along different countries (Mexico, USA and China) to request and share technical information and reports.
Help the NPI Engineer when receiving, guiding and helping visitors from Mexico and other countries.
Wear safety glasses, overall and ESD foot straps in production areas.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

Studying or recently graduated from an Engineering career.
Availability to work at least 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
Able to communicate fluently both in English and Spanish.
