Responsibilities:


The Opportunity

Your Impact
As IT Operations Sr.

Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Day to day

IT Service Management (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Change Requests, Knowledge Base Articles, and Alerts)

  • Perform daily standup meetings with baseline team to review scorecards and create action plans with TCS to ensure issues/incidents/problems are being managed, communicated, resolved, root cause analysis is complete, and further monitoring is happening. Also provide manual intervention and escalations as needed.
  • Field input from Sites and HQ on Improvement ideas and determine if Operations can do the work.
  • Assure Knowledge Base Articles are current and accommodate new ones as needed.
  • Verify requests are being handled and followed up with.

Periodical

Vendor Management (Meetings, Resource staffing, Service Delivery)

  • Drive managed services partners to assure they meet our expectations.
  • Leverage managed services Management to identify resource deficiencies and coordinate training and education.
  • Maintain a good communication line to avoid misunderstanding and proactively address issues before they become problems.

Business Relationships

  • Engage business partners regularly on system health, performance, system downtime, and additional opportunities for improvement.

Asset Currency:
Stack management assessment


Security

  • Vulnerability Remediation Governance partnering with managed services partners. Monitor progress against the remediation plan.
  • Patching activity plan communication and coordination & Server rebooting.
  • Security exceptions creation, documentation, and approval coordination.

Administrative

  • Privilege Access & Security Controls.
  • Perform quarterly access reviews. (Recertifications)
  • Submit identity management (myidm) requests to add or remove access.
  • Service Now CMDB (Configuration Management Database) management.
  • Identity management (myidm) groups review & approvals.


  • Disaster Recovery

  • Yearly review and updates of all DR plans
  • Participate in yearly exercises to assure recovery objectives set by the business are achievable by following the procedures and strategies in place.

Qualifications:



¿Who Are We Looking For?


Qualifications/Requirements
years project management, vendor management and people management

  • 2 years working it on in a vulnerability management team
  • Knowledge of vulnerability management tools e.g., Qualys
  • Must possess an understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Highlevel understanding of Service Now platform capabilities
  • Finance management experience 2+ years is a plus
  • Clientserver legacy architecture knowledge
  • Oracle, Teradata database skills Oracle, SQL
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations
