Job Description Main Objective**Responsible of planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines. As well as, fulfilling the security, quality, quantity, time and cost requirements within the manufacturing area

What challenges will you have?

Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications.
Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier followup, line trials and release, PPAP documentation, ECR management.
Provide the correct tool specifications, and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production.
Create and update the required documentation for production (AMEF, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan).
Support on reducing down times on production due to missing machinery, tools or devices and provide assistance on the problem solving for machinery failure.
Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
Lead work teams on production lines by assisting in the development of continuous improvements.

Qualifications Who are we looking for?**- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic

From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
Advanced English level

Technical Knowledge

Lean manufacturing
Problem Solving
Core Tools (AMEF, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP)
8D's methodology
XR Control Chart
