10 years of experience in:
IT Business Administration and Financial Management experience.
Experience in ITIL and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
College degree (in IT, Computer Engineering, Finance, or Management).Well-versed with SAP, Office 365, Power BI, and process automations. IT Outsourcing Management.
Managing team supporting IT business services.
Financial management.
RPA.Bilingual (Spanish and English).10% possibility to flight in Mexico and/or US.

Responsibilities:
Assure that operational and reporting SLAs are being met.
Responsible for the consolidation and follow-up of Local IT Budget and chargeback.
Manage the regional delivery metrics and KPIs and perform follow-up with outsourcing vendor.
Monitors services provided by the outsourced partners.
IT asset management.
IT vendor and supply chain management.
Provide support and information to consolidate regional presentations, meeting with key stakeholders.
Escalate issues and progress on regional projects.
