Purpose
Lead the team of Dx Liaison by ensuring that the right processes are in place, with the ability to attract, develop and retain the right talents
Ensure that the action plans at local level are developed and deployed in consistency with national Dx strategy, with maximal impact
Ensure that the cross-functional coordination between the Dx team (in particular, Dx Liaisons) and sales, medical, marketing is optimal across the various initiatives/projects as well as internal processes
Key Activities
Stakeholder Mapping & Networking
•Ensure the team of Dx Liaison is gathering local intelligence on accounts and stakeholders
•Engage with key decision-makers and influencers (incl. KEE) especially in the most influent accounts
•Track Dx Liaisons performance by using the appropriate KPIs aligned with Business
Dx Strategy Implementation
•Set ambitious objectives for the team of Dx Liaison; ensure the Dx action plans are with the right ambitions and level of investment
•Help identify and prioritize accounts for product indications in consistency with the national Dx strategy
Value Delivery
•Regularly review progress in the implementation of the action plans, help adjust plans as needed
•Ensure competency development for the team
Precision Medicine Market Shaping
•Liaise with KEE to best anticipate market trends and needs that can impact AZ product usage
•Identify opportunities for further actions, including external communication or broader partnerships
•Collaborate with HQ for mapping, prioritizing and localizing the opportunities and challenges
•Collaborate with KEE to ensure that AZ diagnostic tests are funded and prioritize in Precision Medicine Plans across the national territory
