What you will do

In this vital role you will be responsible for:

Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
Complement & implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.
Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.
Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
Analyses market research and develops POA.
Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.

Outputs

Brand DOE budget.
Support in country brand plans.
Sales support tools.
Promotional campaign.
Marketing events.
Brand Performance.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree OR
Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on the industry.
Fluency in English, both in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Requirements

Experience of 2 to 3 years in a big pharmaceutical company.
Documented experience in Oncology area.
Financial and budgeting skills.
Computer skills (MS Office programs)
