BE PART OF THE HIRSCHVOGEL COMPONENTS MEXICO FAMILY

Purpose and Roles

Coordinate and supervise the maintenance planning of the plant's mechanical and electrical machinery in general.

  • Supervise and validate maintenance work before, during and after completion.
  • Evaluate the participation and training of maintenance work groups in Forging and machining
  • Overview of services contract for external suppliers.
  • Monitoring of job safety (Risk assessment)
  • Monitoring of planed annual Maintenance

Coordinate and supervise the planning of new projects for the installation of mechanical and electrical machinery in general for the plant.

  • Coordination and supervision of services contract to external suppliers for work in the plant.
  • Support and documentation of projects, such as equipment launches and relocations.
  • Optimize of process for production machines and equipment.

Create instructions, procedures, maintenance plans as well as spare parts lists and preparation for external and internal audits.

  • Create and evaluate a failure analyzes and followup system.
  • Provide system enhancements as a means of continuous improvement.
  • Perform A3 problem analysis methodologies.
  • Development of TPM methods and their correct documentation.
  • Implementation of audit instructions and prepare required documentation.
  • Safety officer for MMP/MML
  • Carry out the annual safety briefing in MMP/MML

Review budgets for preventive maintenance, projects and allocation of resources for them.

  • Review with planning team expenses to be incurred for preventive maintenance, new projects and equipment upgrades.
  • Evaluation of suppliers costbenefit in current and future projects.
  • Adhere to federal regulations and local laws, internal policies and other applicable rules, including requirements of applicable Quality, Health and Safety and environmental standards.
