    Job purpose :

    Dockers is pursuing a global strategy re-establish its khaki authority and legacy as well as grow within DTC and be a best-in-class eCommerce retailer.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded, data savvy superstar : the successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating and sustaining growth for the Global Dockers eCommerce businesses.

    In this role, you will manage analytical projects and have the opportunity to partner with product, engineering & commercial business teams to solve some of our digital businesses' most challenging issues.

    You will have the opportunity to present data-driven recommendations & implement them across our various marketing channels.

    Duties and responsibilities :

    Own reporting for the Global Dockers ecommerce business analytics across marketing, site, and loyalty Wrangle data and develop queries / scripts to support analysis needs.

    QA, document, automate, and productionalize scripts for long-term usage across business.

    Maintain and enhance (as needed) the existing reporting infrastructure and supporting dashboard across multiple tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio or Excel).

    Illustrate key business metrics and trends by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and interpreting it into actionable insights.

    Build an analytics roadmap while working with manager and commercial leads to set expectations with business stakeholders.

    Act as a backup / support resource for existing agencies managing GA4, Google Tag Manager and stakeholder to internal data engineers in partnership with other team members to Use the Analyst community within Levi's and Dockers to provide analytics oversight / input into data pipeline development, leverage existing reporting at scale to include Dockers and scale where applicable.


    Qualifications :
    BS or MS degree in statistics, mathematics, data analytics or computer science preferred. 2-3 years' experience in an analytical role preferably in an ecommerce / digital marketing function. Excellent analytical ability. Must have a data-driven approach to solving problems. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL (experience in writing complex queries). BigQuery experience is a plus. R or Python is a plus. Experience with data visualization solutions using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel. Experience with web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of the online measurement ecosystem, experience in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing data through API solutions preferred. Experience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to communicate technical concepts and challenges to a wide range of audience levels. Detail-oriented, execution minded analyst with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative team player. A self-motivated, creative mindset of finding solutions and building new KPIs. LOCATION
