Looking for an Experienced Supervisor of Campaign's in call center's


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance and support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
  • Hire and onboard new employees
  • Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
  • Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Improves quality of results by recommending changes
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
  • Keep management informed on issues and problems
Schedule Monday to Friday

  • Hours 7am a 5pm
  • Benefits by law
  • No background week

Previous experience:
Supervisor de operaciones/Manager en Call Center.

English is a must, written and spoken


Electronic programs that are required to be managed:

  • MS Office
  • GSuite
  • Dialers
  • CRM

This position is available to work on-site in Tijuana, close to Costco in Zona Rio
