Training Supervisor

Coordinate and design training programs for company personnel, through the selection of resources and instructors, achieving measurable progress in personnel development and meeting the specific needs of the company.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

Designs development and training programs for staff.
Prepares, updates and monitors the company's annual training plan.
Coordinates the correct preparation of the DNC for each person, in each area.
Defines actions to improve training.

Your Skills & Strengths

Industrial Engineer, BHR, BBA or related
English medium/high level.
3 years of experience in a similar position.
Leadership skills.
