Responsibilities/Activities

Partner with all functions and leaders at Mission Hills to drive learning, succession planning and performance management processes. Develop impact and value solutions for people and organizational challenges to maximize performance and anticipate business needs. Lead new processes that influence new ways of working in collaboration with the company to drive organizational success. Workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and performancebased activities to achieve established organizational goals
Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation, engagement and productivity. Work with Global HR to ensure existing and new programs are aligned with Global Supply Chain needs and perspectives. Development of coaching and mentoring strategies for leaders to improve their effectiveness and results orientation, with a focus on professional development and promoting a positive work environment. Lead special projects in Mission Hills, as needed, to support people and growth initiatives for the benefit of the entire organization.

Being these activities descriptive but not limiting, all those that the same production demands will be covered.
Abilities and qualities

Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience:
Generalist and/or Specialist (compensation, benefits, employee relations, succession planning, training and/or development)

Knowledge in compensation. Recruitment and staff selection. Current laws and labor law. Organizational development.

Advanced English:
oral and written communication
