Education:

BS degree in Engineering preferred. Other credentials or work experience will be considered.
Plus: Master degree (MBA Or Finance)

Previous work experience:

3- 5 year experience in Plastic Injection or Stamping or Complex Assemblies (Interior and Exterior Vehicle Parts), estimating experience a plus.

Language:

Advanced English Skills preferred, TOEIC over 785 points or similar test results (Discussions with USA and Japan will be on place).

Computer skills:

MS Word and Excel.
Familiarity with special estimating software or programming skills would be a plus.

Competences:

Able to quickly analyze, compare and interpret detailed and sometimes limited information and make sound and accurate conclusions.

Ability to defend his/her conclusions with detailed evidence and convincing negotiation.
