The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.

Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.

The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:

25 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Selfmotivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63,

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Conocimiento de la administración del riesgo operativo, mediante el conocimiento del mercado de inversiones y de valores, tanto Bancario como de Casa de Bolsa. Conocimiento en la gestión de proyectos. Conocimiento de los procesos y controles del MCA/ARCM, así como de Gestión de proyectos

EJECUTA, JUNTO CON LOS MIEMBROS OPERATIVOS LA CORRECTA EJECUCIÓN DE LAS PRUEBAS QUE MINIMIZAN LOS RIESGOS OPERATIVOS, ASÍ COMO SU DOCUMENTACIÓN (MCA/ARCM) (30%)
SUPERVISA LOS DIFERENTES PROYECTOS TECNOLÓGICOS E INICIATIVAS OPERATIVAS DE MEJORA, MEDIANTE EL SEGUIMIENTO DE PLANES DE TRABAJO Y REPORTE DE ESTATUS (30%)
APOYA EN LA EJECUCIÓN DE LAS DIFERENTES POLÍTICAS DE RIESGOS, INCLUIDA LA SEGURIDAD DE LA INFORMACIÓN, LA CONTINUIDAD DEL NEGOCIO, LA GESTIÓN DE REGISTROS Y LOS CONTROLES DE OPERACIONES, Y LAS POLÍTICAS, NORMAS Y REGLAMENTACIONES ASOCIADAS. (20%)
MONITOREA E INFORMA SOBRE EL PROGRESO DE LOS PLANES DE ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA (CAPS) PARA LA ORGANIZACIÓN (10%)
SIRVE DE ENLACE CON EL EQUIPO DE DESARROLLO DE APLICACIONES PARA AYUDAR A IDENTIFICAR Y REDUCIR EL RIESGO DE LOS PROYECTOS A NIVELES ACEPTABLES. (5%)
ACTÚA COMO UN COORDINADOR DE MCA / PRC, IBAM Y CAP (5%)

Habilidades Técnicas / Competencias que debe tener el Candidato:

Debe de contar con capacidad analítica para poder realizar esto, así como una correcta priorización de los trabajos a realizar, trabajo bajo presión, comunicación efectiva, trabajo colaborativo y disponibilidad de horario.

Además debe de presentar excelente actitud de servicio, dado su interacción con diferentes interesados en el control y proyectos.
