    SUMMARY

    CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, MEXICO AREA

    • A Quotation Specialist Level 1 is responsible for performing all clerical, and internal coordination tasks required to ensure requests for quotations (RFQs) are processed in an accurate and timely manner. They typically work under the supervision of a more experienced Quote Specialist or Customer Experience Manager. The main duties of a Quotation Specialist Level 1 include reviewing customer inquiries, preparing price quotes, and following up with customers to answer any questions they have. A successful candidate for this role should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for acknowledging receipt, reviewing, processing and quoting RFQs
    • Entering new prospects and contacts in the ERP and CRM systems following established procedures
    • Learn to read and interpret one-line /riser diagrams and specifications to determine ESL scope of supply
    • Create quotes for Company's standard and configured products using company's ERP, CRM and/or configurator
    • Ensures all quote correspondence and information is organized, updated and linked in the document repository system
    • Maintains a professional image and positive attitude
    • Performs other duties/tasks as assigned and helps the team as needed
    • Self-starter, independent worker, team player
    • Completes all activities in a timely, accurate, friendly, courteous and efficient manner
    • Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of customer service experience, including data entry
    • Compensation from $28,000-$49,000 gross pesos a month Depending on Experience
