**About the position: Ensure flawless execution of the Transfer Price calculation for all the markets we serve at the LATAM Costin CoC (YBD, quarterly and additional requirements)


Support the group of specialists to ensure they can acquire the necessary technical knowledge for the execution of the Tranfer Price processes by providing them with basic training and issue solving support in their markets.


Enable proactive collaboration with specialist to support people development and a continuous improvement culture by influencing them with integrity and getting results through them.

**Main Responsibilities: •Supervise and coordinate the team in his stream in order to deliver flawless execution of the Transfer Price calculation.

  • Responsible for compliance of TP Guidelines and Costing Standards within own area of responsibilities/department
  • Lead and/or participate in Ad Hoc projects and iplementantions as the costing functional expert.
  • Cost model SME
**What you need to succeed: •Analytical capabilities and communication skills

  • Transversal team management
  • Effectiveness to implement changes
  • Effectively handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
  • Ability of understanding customer requirements and priotitizing effectively activities
  • Degree in Relevant Subject (Finance/Business)
  • Fluent English
  • Intermediate/advanced Portuguese (Desired)
  • Office, PBI & SAP
