• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including:
• Welding
• Sheet Metal Fabrication
• Machining
• Stamping
• Cutting
• Assembly
• Punching
• Bending
• Die
• cut
• Foundry
• Located, or willing to relocate, in the Monterrey metropolitan area
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering
• centric projects or departments
• Experience with on
• site work in factories, and willingness and excitement to visit them across Mexico
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Core tools
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D computer
• aided design programs
• Experience in project management for complex manufacturing processes, including design, creation, and execution of projects while managing multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently and do "whatever it takes"
• Exceptional attention to detail
