Job Description

• Team Lead for Advance Quality Planning team to ensure Gates fullfilment according to customer specific requirements + Continental Internal Requirements.
• Lead Advanced Quality Planning Engineers to coordinate along the project team during development from plant Quality Management (QM) side. Q-Responsibility for the product launch (e.g. sign of PPAP/PSW together with customer). Ensure that quality and safety measures (for the product and processes are identified and collected based on all stakeholders requirements. Manages product/process changes from QM side. Has plant QMPP role for respective product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: in Engineering
• Advanced English
• Experience:
  • Of Advanced Planned Quality team or Similar
  • Leading people
  • With Ford as customer (Q1 supplier experience is a Plus)
• Knowledge:
  • Core Tools Management
  • Customer Specific Requirements (portal usage experience with more than one OEM is a plus: VW, Ford, Mazda, Honda, Subaru, Stellantis, BMW)
• Skill:
  • IATF / VDA 6.3 Audit (desirable)
