Account Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Mexico office. As the first point of contact for carrier representatives, shippers, and receivers within our customer network, you will play a crucial role in delivering premier service.

• You will utilize various tools including Ring Central, ARRIVEnow, email, Slack, and textlocate to update systems and communicate with drivers.
• Inbound/outbound calls require professionalism while providing assistance to ring groups as needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Become knowledgeable about visibility tools used by carrier partners;
• Use tracking boards for best practices;
• Schedule appointments ensuring shipments are picked up/delivered on time;
