    Main Responsibilities:

    • A Service Design Lead serves as the primary resource for designing and delivering products or features that effectively meet the needs of users.
    • Closely collaborating with the development team to ensure that the product is designed in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
    • Prioritize tasks and make informed decisions on new features and improvements based on feedback from customers as well as business objectives.
    • Ensuring all products are optimized to meet user needs while also achieving business success.
    • Designing and delivering products or services that meet user needs and align with company goals.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies and prioritize tasks based on feedback from customers and business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Formal education and Work experience on business process modeling.
    • Business Process SME Commercial | Business Process SME Logistics.
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience in a related field such as service design, product management, or user experience design.
    • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams in agile development methodologies.
    • Experience in gathering and analyzing data to make informed product decisions.
    • Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in response to changing market and user needs.
    • A passion for innovation and creating innovative solutions that improve people's lives.
    • Systems analysis, and documentation of processes.
    • Project management.
    • Coordination of activities related to systems development and quality.
    • Excellent resource management.
    • Interpersonal treatment.
    • Leadership.
    • Teamwork.
    • Oral and written communication that contributes to the success of projects in an multidisciplinary environment.
    • English Upper-intermediate.
    • Hybrid position in Monterrey MX.
    • Participated in projects where Agile Methodologies were used (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP).
    • Test on Cloud environments (Azure is a +).
    • Jira, Confluence, Slack (Nice to have).
