We're looking for our new members Bilingual Agents for Travel Assistance.

As a bilingual agent will be responsible for service calls for a different line of business all around Mexico and USA.

Activities:

Verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow directions/procedures.
Agents must be able to demonstrate acceptable articulation, rate of speed and ability to be clear and concise.
Language proficiency screening is required for all agents prior to hiring.

Requirements:

High School Completed (GED)
Excellent English level written and spoken.
Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service or related.

Base salary: $11,800 MXN + Law Benefits

Work zone: CDMX and Querétaro
