Job Description:


Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for employees. This includes working with managers to identify training needs, designing, and developing training materials, and delivering training sessions. The Training Coordinator also maintains the training budget and tracks the effectiveness of training programs.


Main activities:

Identify training needs:

Collaborate with managers and team leaders to determine the skills and competencies that need to be developed or improved in employees.

This involves analyzing existing and future skills gaps and designing training programs accordingly.

Design and develop training programs:
Create and update training materials, learning modules and educational resources. This may include preparing presentations, training manuals, videos, interactive activities, and learning assessments.

Plan and coordinate logistics:

Organize the logistics of training programs, which may include reserving training rooms, coordinating times and dates, making sure training materials are available, and managing the resources needed for training.


Facilitate Training:
Lead training and development sessions, either face-to-face or virtual, and ensure learning objectives are met. This may involve delivering the training directly or coordinating with external trainers or providers.

Assess the impact of training:
Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. This may include satisfaction surveys, knowledge tests, and feedback from participants. Use the results to make continuous improvements in training programs.

Keep records and reports:
Record and keep updated attendance records, evaluations and any other documentation related to training. Prepare regular reports to report on the progress and impact of training programs.

Stay up to date:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field of development and training.

Participate in professional development activities, attend conferences and seminars, and take advantage of online resources to stay up to date on the most effective training methodologies and tools.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Experience of 3 to 6 years in Training area and People Development.
  • Desirable experience in the manufacturing industry where he has developed courses and controlled training and training plans.
  • Excellent management of power point for presentations and course designs, of Excel for graphics.
  • Communication skills, charisma, and friendly treatment.
  • Management and development of instructors and groups.
  • Experience leading people
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Knowledge of legal aspects in Human Resources Administration (LFT, RIT, STPS).
