Customer Success Manager, Associate_ _will provide scalable services to customers including but not limited to - onboarding, customer requests, and references.

_

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Provide Infor customers with guidance and helping customers achieve maximum value from their Infor investment in a 1 to many format.
Provide attention for customers to minimize disruption, maximize the existing software adoption and utilization, and achieve business outcomes
Deliver LIVE and recorded webinar sessions that improve customer experience.
Identify risks to the customer in achieving their stated business goals and develop a risk mitigation plan.
Customer retention including supporting the renewal process
Secure customer references by creating raving fans
Specific Customer Lifecycle support may include: onboarding sessions, adoption workshops, proactive outreach to customers, mutual benefit touchpoints, report on customer health, show progress of customer adoption derived from technology and service investment, perform benchmarking as appropriate

Required skills:

Internal and external communication skills including oral, written, presentation, and active listening
Ability to accomplish and complete tasks with accuracy working with consistent highquality
Interest in technology and ability to understand technical concepts and data
Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with teams and build professional relationships
Experience with ERPs
Experience working with customers to have a good working knowledge of customer management, support, & experience
