The Role
We are looking for a
Banking Account Services Sr Manager to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech. At Clip He/She will lead the development and execution of our strategy for new banking account services. He/She will play a pivotal role identifying growth opportunities, and driving competitive differentiation in the market. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the experiences we deliver to our customers.

What will I be doing?**- Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances to enhance our capabilities and accelerate the development and adoption of new banking account services. Negotiate partnerships and manage relationships with external stakeholders.

Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation. Benchmark performance against industry peers and develop strategies to maintain or gain competitive advantage.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across our banking product portfolio, Identify opportunities to maximize interest income, and crossselling opportunities
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field;
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or strategic planning within the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products or services, preferably in the banking sector
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and customer needs, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make datadriven recommendations.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively leading crossfunctional teams and driving results in a fastpaced environment.
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining a focus on outcomes and execution.
