- Recruiting administration and operations support
Responsibilities
- Team leadership of Operations team responsible for Talent Acquisition operations work including preemployment, preboarding, campus support, offer letters, and interview operations (travel). Drive TA operations team to achieve /exceed SLA and metrics.
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts through differentiated process advancements, optimized tools and technology.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, manage key vendors, and ensure compliance with pre and post talent acquisition processes.
- Partner with internal legal and employee relations teams for state/federal updates to preemployment including criminal, drug, or other changes. Ensuring compliance with all talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- 35 years relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment
- Experience with market mapping, proactive outreach to passive talent, and developing and maintaining talent pools/pipelines.
