    As a Sr HR Administrator, you will establish and monitor employee service plans and programs to achieve organizational objectives that allow generating a high-quality service package for employees, including supplier monitoring programs.

    JOB DUTIES:

    Dining room coordination

    • Coordination of transportation services

    • Development and monitoring of sports activities

    • Dining room billing, special dining room services

    • Transportation billing

    • Sports billing

    • Communications service billing

    • Purchase orders

    • Monitoring and feedback to suppliers

    • Administration of the dining room committee

    • Service audits

    • Service audit application

    • Overtime management

    • Personnel services communications management

    YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience related
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • WE VALUE:

  • Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide guidance
  • Some administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
  • Strong project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects a plus
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate HR Services to provide customer resolution
  • Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner
