    Requisites/Tasks:

    • 4-Year College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related
    • Fluent in English and Spanish
    • 50% knowledge of the German language
    • At least 4 years of experience in Administration(Human resources and Accounting) tasks in general.
    • Knowledge of LFT and RIT
    • Employee's work documentation (IMSS, Infonavit, government documentation, permits)
    • Bank reconciliation, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Update employee's documentation (resume, status, etc.)
    • Knowledge of computer equipment and collaboration systems for web meetings
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
    • Review employee's internal reports
    • Management of HR indicators(KPI's)
    • Coordinating employees and meetings
    • ISO 9001:2015 documentation, update, and maintenance
    • Travel logistics support when needed
    • Support/cover other office team members as needed to meet company goals
