Mekra Lang México empresa de giro automotriz ubicada en Parque Industrial Vynmsa, Escobedo, Nuevo León, solicita Accounts payable specialist.

Requeriments:

Associates Degree in Accounting or relevant experience

- +5 years experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury activities, Cash Flow, Analysis AP Reporting

Proficient with MS Office strong Excell skills.
Excellent analytical skills. Strong communications skills (verbal & written), human relations, strong ethic.
ERP experience. SAP preferable
English advanced.

Responsabilities:

Voucher invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare payments (e.g. ACH, checks, wires) for processing in timely manner.
Resolve invoice inquiries, discrepancies and past dues in a timely manner correspond with suppliers and interface with employees as needed.
Maintain an efficient invoice filing system.
Meet Close Calendar deadlines.
Preparation of expense accruals and journal entry input.
Account reconciliations and maintain Goods Received Not Invoiced (GR-IR) account.
Preparation and analysis of aging reports.
Inputs to and respond to enquiries from external auditors.
