Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our E-Commerce team.

The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding and facilitating our Agile development process, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation:

Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative environment where ideas can be freely shared.
Help the team achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as a liaison between the development team and product owners.
Ensure clear communication and understanding of product backlog items.

Impediment Removal:

Identify and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.

Process Improvement:

Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to processes.
Implement changes to enhance the team's productivity and quality of work.
