    Automotive Service Parts Planner

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and launch spare parts plans for various products, including brake pads, filters, clutch, struts, wipers, and others.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sourcing strategies from proof-of-concept stage to launch stages.
    • Work closely with vendors to secure product coverage, pricing, packaging, logistics, and inventory management.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new product opportunities for business enhancement.
    • Develop business cases for new product lines adoption.
    • Provide product information, application, and catalog content.
    • Coach, train, and provide feedback to field personnel and customers on assigned parts categories.
    • Coordinate the product development plan to achieve sales and profit objectives by working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
    • Identify long-term and short-term business opportunities and ensure conversion to revenue.

    Qualifications

    • Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or industrial engineering.
    • Language: Advanced English level required.
    • Travel %: 5% - US Visa is required.
    • Computer Skills: Advanced data analysis and executive presentations.
    • Previous Work Experience: Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the aftermarket sector. Service parts experience in OEMs a plus.
    • Must have: Experience in auto parts, product category administration, product launching, and knowledge of automotive aftermarket, spare parts technical and quality specifications.
    • Nice to have: Aftermarket Brands as previous experience, experience in service parts in OEMs.

    • The ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record of cultivating strong relationships with key client and supplier stakeholders resulting in high customer satisfaction.
    • High cross-functional and teamwork mindset.
    • Strong planning skills.
    • Spare parts technical knowledge.
    • Competencies: Analytic, cross-functional work coordination, and project control.
