    This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ideation, storytelling, and strategic thinking, while being hands-on in writing and presentation development.
    The ideal candidate will propose ideas, workshop concepts with leadership, and execute copywriting and creative briefs independently. They will collaborate closely with the CMO and VP of Marketing but must demonstrate initiative and ownership of projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIESCreative Brief Development· Translate business goals into actionable creative briefs for internal teams and external partners.· Develop messaging frameworks and brand narratives that guide campaigns across channels.

    Copywriting & Content Creation· Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.· Ensure tone and messaging align with brand voice and strategic objectives.

    Idea Generation & Campaign Strategy· Conceptualize and pitch creative ideas for integrated marketing campaigns.· Collaborate with leadership to refine concepts and secure buy-in.

    Presentation & Communication· Compile and present campaign ideas and briefs in a clear, persuasive manner.· Serve as a creative liaison between marketing leadership and design teams.

    QUALIFICATIONS· 3–5 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or creative strategy.· Strong portfolio showcasing creative briefs, copywriting, and campaign concepts.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with leadership.· Familiarity with digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
