Sobre el rol
Como Cloud Sales Support, serás parte del equipo encargado de desarrollar y habilitar partners (empresas de tecnología) para que puedan vender soluciones en la nube.
Tu misión será ayudarlos a empezar: desde el primer contacto hasta su activación comercial.
Trabajarás con fabricantes líderes de la industria, equipos comerciales regionales y especialistas técnicos — aprendiendo cómo realmente funciona el negocio tecnológico por dentro.
¿Qué harás en el día a día?
Prospección & desarrollo
Identificar nuevos partners potenciales en el mercado
Contactarlos y presentar el programa cloud
Calificar oportunidades y canalizarlas al equipo comercial
Onboarding & activación
Guiar a nuevos partners en su proceso de registro
Explicar beneficios, programas y herramientas
Acompañarlos hasta su primera venta (primer deployment / primera transacción)
Seguimiento & gestión
Dar tracking a partners activos e inactivos
Coordinar capacitaciones y sesiones de enablement
Mantener actualizada la información en CRM
Apoyar campañas comerciales y generación de pipeline
Relación interna
Trabajar con ventas, marketing y preventa
Escalar casos y desbloquear procesos
Asegurar una buena experiencia del partner

Ideal para recién egresados o perfiles junior (0-2 años de experiencia)
