DESCRIPTION

Import the materials on time and in compliance with the regulations established for the food business, ensuring the supply of the plants.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Import/export of raw material and finished product (POs and STOs)
Importation of DDPs by Laredo
Monitoring of crossings until their arrival at the warehouse.
Coordinate delivery appointments for imported materials.
Maintain contact with customs agencies to comply with import requirements and validate customs declarations with the Foreign Trade area.
Maintain control of operating expenses and follow up on supplier billing in a timely manner for correct decision making.
Maintain monthly reports for the calculation of expenses and cost per ton.
Tracking of shipments from the USA.
Management of import permits for dairy
Placement and followup to the closing of service complaints
Import and transportation of indirect purchases
Import and transportation of samples and machinery.
Manage the supply of units for trans load shipments according to what is programmed in TMS

PROFILE

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related areas, Customs, Importation & Exportation. Supply Chain or Logistics
Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade or related professional career or at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of import and export regulations.
Advanced English
Teamwork.
Knowledge of administrative programs (Excel, Word)
Focus on customer service.
