As an
Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing and analyzing complex and/or confidential information for the generation of internal requests, monitoring of generated purchase orders, validation of the area's budget, as well as the billing process for export matters.
Key Responsibilities**- Generate and time on follow up on internal requests.
- Monitoring on time of the budget assigned to the area.
- Monitoring the creation of area reports, as well as validating that the information is on time and correct.
- Ensure 0 to 1 priorities of finished product codes are 100% packaged through internal processes.
- Ensure that the stay times of the units are less than or equal to the time established in accordance with the methodology and objective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Business administration, administrative areas.
- 2 to 3 years of experience performing billing, inputs and outputs, logistics, material flow.
- Knowledge of Oracle or SAP is essential
- Advanced level of Excel.
