We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
?Support
Engineer Oracle EBS

What you'll do:

Oracle Workflow Help resolve RDM/RMS incidents ensuring that the Client requirement is well understood and provide
Frequent updates to both Client on resolution progress.
Serve as L2 support between the Client and Data Operations Tech Operations Business Operations and Service management etc.
Analytical acumen and solution orientation to understand or define the relevance of processing incidents resolution according to priority within parameters specified in the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) Key Performance Indicators.

Preferred experience:

Since one year of experience.
Oracle EBS Forms Oracle Workflow Help resolve RDM/RMS.
Profile needs Analytical/Decision.
Intermediate English.
