    Descripción

    Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Leader Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and management of the HPT system in different sites, driving the organization to an environment of self-directed work teams to improve performance. Support L&OD efforts.

    Responsibility:

    Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv


    • Ensure a standard implementation of the HPTs and all its elements, aligned to our VOS.

    • Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv


    • Hold weekly meetings with local HPT implementers to provide guidance and coaching.


    • Report the progress of the HPT implementation


    • Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the progress and the deviations of the deployment


    • Promote change in organizational culture/mindset and behavior across departments and within the plant


    • Give the corresponding training of "Leading VOS"


    • Support in the different initiatives of the department

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related


    • At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment with HPTs


    • Proficient English


    • Proficiency in MS Office


    • Strong leadership and training skills


    • Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.


    • Excellent interpersonal skills needed to influence personnel at all levels of the plant


    • Project Management and team management experience (preferred)


    • Certification in coaching (preferred)
