    Tasks and Qualifications:

    This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package for the Mexico market that fits and is aligned with our company's strategy and business goals
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices follow current legislation (pay equity, human rights, labor law, etc.) and compliance with KION policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Develop job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications ensuring internal equity
  • Continuous competitiveness analysis, trends, issues, best practices vs different market surveys
  • Develop and implement an emotional compensation strategy
  • Review, analyze and prepare the proposal for the annual renewal of health, life, and travel insurance. Once approved, implement, and communicate the adjustments
  • Support managers and employees on questions regarding salaries and benefits, salary planning, etc.
  • Support with external offers, promotions and retentions based internal equity in the area and as a Country
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports
  • What We are Looking For:

  • Proven at least 5 years working experience as a Compensation and Benefits SpecialistA high plus: Having is in / with manufacturing and technological companies
  • Strong knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systemsA high plus: Implement and administrate the Mercer one
  • Previous experience with organizational and labor market surveysA high plus with manufacturing and technological markets
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • BS degree in human resources, business administration, engineering, or finance
