This position will:

Ensure availability and provide visibility of inventory to commercial and marketing teams. Reach Fill rate targets
Risk mitigation / action plans & Visibility to specific Brands, all LATAM region
Work with affiliates to reach excess inventory targets & action plans execution. Specific Brands all LATAM region
Interaction with traffic team to prioritize stock availability
Monitor fill rates, inventory levels & excess of the specific Brands, all LATAM
IBP continues improvements & Supply review meetings
Global & regional interactions

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field
Minimum 2 years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in distribution, inventory management and supply planning in the beauty / cosmetic industry
Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and inventory management tools.
Good level of Excel

Specific Skills & Capabilities:

Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand in the executional (02 months) and operational (212 month) horizons, with focus on inventory management and supply planning
Highly analytical analyzes data and provides clear / factbased.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple crossfunctional, matrixed stakeholders
Excellent problemsolving skills and quick to react and respond to changes
Ability to work within and across a global, crossfunctional team, collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders
