Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logístics, international Business
• Advanced level of English (required for both written and verbal communication).
• Generation of clear and understandable reports / Data analysis
• 1 year in logistics, preferably in forwarders companies
• Experience with logístics costume service

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on the growth of new clients during the first three months after commercial closure.
• Coordinate and conduct kick-off meetings with new clients and the internal departments involved, ensuring the proper preparation and signing of the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Analyze the information provided by the Commercial team and the business development of prospects generated by Inside Sales.
• Ensure the delivery of complete and accurate information to Operations executives for the proper implementation of services.
• Foster collaborative relationships with the Operations, Pricing, Commercial, and Administration teams, seeking efficiency in internal processes and continuous improvement.
• Maintain fluid communication with internal and external clients to obtain key information for project development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute optimization proposals within the department.
