    Job Title: Licensed Electrical Contractor

    Location: Remote (Mexico)

    Work Hours: U.S. business hours (PST preferred)

    About the Role

    The Electrical wing of Castellan Real Estate Partners is seeking a Licensed Electrical Contractor based in Mexico to work remotely in a customer-facing and dispatch-focused role. This position is responsible for conducting preliminary assessments of electrical work, communicating effectively with customers, and supporting scheduling and dispatching for field electricians.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform preliminary assessments of electrical service requests based on customer discussions, photos, videos, and documentation
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based customers to understand issues and explain next steps
    • Handle inbound and outbound service-related phone calls
    • Support dispatching and scheduling of electricians based on job scope and priority
    • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to clarify scope before site visits
    • Assist with work order creation, job notes, and service documentation
    • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
    • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service

    Required Qualifications

    • Licensed Electrical Contractor or equivalent professional certification
    • Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial electrical systems
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
    • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner
    • Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
    • Experience working with U.S.-based electrical contractors
    • Familiarity with U.S. electrical standards (NEC – preferred)
    • Prior experience in a remote, customer-facing role
