We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented Business Transformation Specialist to help optimize processes across our engineering support teams.

This hybrid role requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, technical understanding, and strong program management capabilities.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for complex engineering projects

The successful candidate will oversee the successful planning execution delivery of these programs from inception completion ensuring that our engineering solutions align with strategic business objectives delivered efficiently effectively

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs challenges translating them into clear concise comprehensive business requirements
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops interviews brainstorming sessions diverse groups
• Conduct in-depth data-driven analysis existing systems processes identify areas improvement innovation
• Develop detailed functional non-functional specifications user stories use cases process flows data models process solutions
