What you will do?

Under general direction, manages, and provide a competitive and structural organization, integrated by quality people who promote team work. Also establishes politics and procedures to assure and optimize administration of salaries, benefits, contracts, union covenant, application of labor strategies and personal development. All this activities should be frame inside the concepts and parameters of a high performance organization.

How you will do it?

Reviews and updates of the collective contract.

Reviews performances and salaries administration.

Ensures and manages the correct procedures and politics of H.R.

Develop labor strategies Ensures Payroll process on site.

Develop engagement and retention programs.

Ensures HC Plan and budget.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's and Masters degree in Administration or equivalent experience required, a minimum of three years of progressive experience in Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Training, IMSS, Labor work; including three or more years of direct project management experience, professional recognition and industry networking are desired, a high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences, able to lead and direct diverse teams, able to travel up to 20% of the time, 100% of English Written and spoken, and a strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, etc.
