The Marketing Operations Specialist oversees marketing processes, tracks marketing performance, maintains overall system functionality, conducts analysis for actionable business decisions, and supports the lead management process as well as the procurement process for marketing vendors payments.


The position holder has operational responsibility for the Marketing Operations goals for the Americas, including lead management, technology management and MarTech projects, operational excellence regarding processes, and systems to ensure consistency across teams, and supports the procurement process to pay marketing vendors.


This role works directly with all the marketing functions: field marketing, channel marketing, digital marketing, events, marketing communications and global marketing teams; as well as procurement, finance, and IT.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (Eloqua, Oracle Sales Cloud CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establish, follow, document, and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead management and other marketing areas.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities and effectiveness and business impact.
  • Proactively explore data to find trends and provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
  • Support procurement process for paying marketing vendors and request purchase requisitions for the Americas marketing team through Oracle ERP/Accounts Payable systems.

Education & Certifications:

University Degree in Marketing, Business/Administration, or comparable education

3+ years of successful experience in Marketing Operations or Operational Marketing in a B2B company


Requirements:


  • English and Spanish professional working proficiency
  • Ability to drive internal processes and execute jobs from inception through completion
  • Experience in working in highly matrix organizations
  • Analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud CRM and Oracle ERP/Accounts Payable Systems preferred
  • Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot operational issues
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and tackle challenges quickly
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask while paying close attention to detail
  • Energetic, organized, and proactive
  • Experience in working across multiple countries and providing operational support preferred
  • Experience in tracking marketing metrics and effectiveness
  • Lead Management experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills to produce graphs and tables, use spreadsheets efficiently, and perform calculations and automation to process large volumes of data
