WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Manage the planning, negotiation, logistics, purchase of materials and accessories, for the production of the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely supply of accessories and / or assigned merchandise, without exceeding the maximum recommended for an optimal inventory.
  • Select suppliers according to the type of category assigned in search of savings, improve delivery times without compromising quality. Both nationals and foreigners.
  • Properly manage the internal purchasing process (ERP), Oracle internal system.
  • Constantly monitor inventory volume and supplier response to keep inventory at recommended levels.
  • Actively participate in the development of new products for the location of components or materials necessary for new business generated in the company
  • Generate the IPP's necessary for the purchase of molds for manufacturing processes with suppliers
  • Manage the logistics and inventory management of necessary raw materials
  • Generate general purchase orders for the efficient administration of longterm suppliers
  • Provide forecast at least twice a year to suppliers in order to let the suppliers in their charge know the future consumption of components and / or materials based on the company's demand
  • Comply with the responsibilities emanating from the Continuous Improvement, Quality and Environmental Administration systems.
  • Actively participate in the increase of profits, through the process of Continuous Improvement and Quality Systems, provide assistance through a range of tasks, including office tasks, research and role management.
