Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technology Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Identify areas that could benefit from change and improvement by evaluating existing manufacturing processes and workflows.
Use practical knowledge of product design and assembly in production.
Design processes and procedures that help the company meet financial, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Design and development of new products and product prototypes.
Ensure collaboration and cohesion by participating in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings.
Establish and maintain an effective and efficient work flow
Develop new solutions to existing problems in the manufacturing process
Develop standardized design criteria across all product lines

Background & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electronics is a requirement
5+ years of experience designing and controlling manufactured products
Ability to Project Manage and Budget
Math and statistical analysis skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Experience using CAD software
