    Asegurar que las operaciones sea ejecutadas bajo los estándares integrales operacionales del área agrícola para lograr el cumplimiento de los KPI´s.

    El lider de cuadrilla es quien esta al frente de la operación en campo, reportando directamente al Gerente de Operaciones de Agave, teniendo a su cargo una cuadrilla de jornaleros cuyo numero dependera del número de plantas que tenga, más tractoristas y choferes.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Supervisar que las actividades en el predio se realicen de manera correcta, según estándares y/o procedimientos.
    • Dar la plática de seguridad antes de iniciar las actividades.
    • Llenar los formatos requeridos por la actividad.
    • Cumplir con el plan semanal
    • Asegurar el personal cuente con el Equipo de Protección Personal, completo y en buenas condiciones.
    • Asegurarse de no dejar residuos de alimentos en los predios.
    • Cuidado y supervisión de activos tales como maquinaria e implementos.
    • Supervisar, vigilar y manejar los predios desde la plantación hasta la Jima.
    • En caso de tener vehículo a su cargo debe mantenerlo en buenas condiciones y la bitácora actualizada.

    Qualifications


    Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Agronomia (Deseable)

    Experiencia: Dos años en actividades agricolas similares.
