Agile Lead

Principal Accountabilities

Facilitating the team to selforganise, enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product

- roadmap and customer expectations

Responsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as

- retrospectives, reviews and planning events.

Shield the team from interruptions during sprints to ensure that agile process doesn't impede team progress.

Educates employees at all levels, including senior management,, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for

- implementing Disciplined Agile in their own work.

Provides training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organisationwide adoption of Agile methodologies.
Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement,

- catalysing organisational growth and answering questions.

Provide handson support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams

- toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement

Implements Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation.
Endorses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and

- innovation.

Ensures adherence to Agile processes, demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts
